Nights of the Round Table

Margery Lawrence

Margery Lawrence (1889–1969) was an English author of romance, fantasy, horror, and detective fiction who specialized in ghost stories.

About

Nights of the Round Table is one of the last remaining completely forgotten ghost story collections of the 1920s. Margery Lawrence’s narrative style transports the reader to the comfortable, club-style atmosphere of a dining club of the 1920s, with twelve strange tales that deserve their place alongside the best work of E. F. Benson, A. M. Burrage, H. R. Wakefield, and Eleanor Scott.
